Refund policy

Returns
You may return any unworn item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to start a return
Email r-times@outlook.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We reply with return instructions within one business day.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned with all original packaging and any protective film still in place. Cases that have been fitted to a watch and show mounting marks, and straps showing wear or sizing adjustment, cannot be refunded.
Return shipping
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Please use a tracked service — we cannot refund a parcel that does not reach us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at our cost.
