Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. All orders ship from our Miami, Florida location.

Domestic shipping (United States)

• Standard — $8.00 — 3–7 business days

• Express — $15.00 — 1–3 business days

International shipping

We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

International rates are calculated live at checkout based on your address and parcel weight. Available services:

Delivery times vary by destination and service selected. 7–21 business days 

Duties and import taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the price at checkout and are collected by the carrier on delivery.

Tracking

All orders ship with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us at r-times@outlook.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we cannot refund orders lost due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
